Penguin X Archive Project is a private fan preservation and historical research project dedicated to documenting, organising and preserving Club Penguin's digital history.
THE MISSION
More than a folder full of old files.
Penguin X is being built to preserve the relationships between historical assets — where they appeared, when they were used, what version they belong to and where the surviving copies came from.
Rather than exposing thousands of filenames in a raw directory, the archive is being organised into something that can actually be explored and understood.
Versions & Eras
Assets are connected to known periods, events and versions instead of being treated as interchangeable files.
Integrity
SHA-256 hashes and preservation metadata help establish identity and prevent accidental changes to archived material.
Source Evidence
Provenance is retained so that the origin and supporting evidence for an asset remain visible.

Browse history the way it was experienced.
The custom archive viewer is being designed around eras, rooms, parties, catalogues, games and other historical categories.
Supported Flash content will eventually open directly inside Penguin X using Ruffle while the preserved source files remain untouched.
